Corporate Social Responsibility
Since it was established in July 1996, apart from investing in the infrastructure of its own network, Promonte has also invested in the community, considering itself a responsible citizen of the country it operates in. In the last seven years it supported many manifestations, institutions, organizations and individuals in the field of sport, culture, education, ecology, etc. Through its donations the company expressed its readiness to support all social structures.
Filter for child sexual abuse content for mobile phones
Promonte, in cooperation with the Montenegrin Police Directorate, sets up a filter to disable access via mobile phone to thesites containing children pornography.
On 11 February 2008, GSM Association has launched its "Mobile Alliance against Child Sexual Abuse Content" following the good results that was achieved in Norway. Actually, Telenor Mobil, Telenor mobile operator in Norway was the first mobile operator in the world to introduce filter for child sexual abuse content for mobile phones.
Telecom industry needs to join ranks to prevent the spreading of child sexual abuse content through mobile phones. Several major mobile operators joined forces to expand the global outreach of the filter and prevent individuals in using mobile networks to host, access or profit from child sexual abuse content. As part of the Alliance, operators commit themselves to implement filtering technology at their global operations. And that is what we are doing today in Montenegro.
Promonte, as mobile operator, is committed to pursue Internet security in the mobile world in order to provide safe products and protect the most vulnerable in our society. Therefore, Promonte established a partnership with the Montenegrin Interpol to implement “Child Sexual Abuse Filter”. The child sexual abuse filter is a technical barrier that blocks websites containing child sexual abuse content to a mobile phone. The Telenor Group is a pioneer within this field and became the world's first telecom operator to cooperate with law enforcement authorities in creating such a filter. Following the success of the filter in our three Nordic markets, we are joining forces with other mobile operators to expand the global outreach of the filter.
We wish to restrict the market for such material and prevent accidental access by the public to child sexual abuse content. Telecommunications is a tremendous asset to children and their families. Children are keen and playful users of mobile phones. But guidance and protection is needed, otherwise children may be subjected to “cyber bullying” or harmful material on their mobiles. 3G technology opens new opportunities for mobile phones. With the advent of new technology, new challenges also arise, as well as new demands on mobile operators. 3G is no exception. In principle, users may now connect to any website via their mobile phones. By implementing the filter, we contribute to address a very serious problem, while also setting new international standards

As part of the agreement Montenegrin Interpol provides a hotline and a continuously updated list of URLs containing illegal child sexual abuse material. The partnership therefore clearly sets out that Montenegrin Interpol shall be responsible for making all assessments as to content legality. Promonte’s role is limited to providing the technical solution and managing the technical filtering process based on a block list provided by Montenegrin Interpol.
Telenor is part of Mobile Alliance against Child Sexual Abuse Content, in Preamble in which it is said:
1.1. 1.1 The Mobile Alliance against Child Sexual Abuse Content respects the fundamental human rights including the right of everyone to hold opinions without interference, as well as the right to freedom of expression, including the freedom to seek, receive, and impart information and ideas of all kinds, regardless of frontiers, and the rights concerning the respect for privacy.
1.2. 1.2 The Mobile Alliance against Child Sexual Abuse Content also acknowledges that children, as a particular vulnerable group, should habve the right to be protected from exploitation by individuals or organizations wishing to consume or profit form child sexual abuse content in the mobile environment
1.3. 1.3 The Mobile Alliance against Child Sexual Abuse Content is mindful of the need to ensure a proper balance between the interests of law enforcement and respect for fundamental human rights on this subject matter.
1.4. 1.4 The Mission of the Mobile Alliance against Child Sexual Abuse Content is to obstruct the use of mobile environment by individuals or organization wishing to consume or profit from child sexual abuse content.
The first repeater powered by renewable energy
Promonte has launched another environmentally-friendly initiative by using solar and wind energy to power one of its repeater sites
Promonte is the country’s first mobile communications services provider to have started using renewable energy sources to power its repeater.
“The installation of base stations with renewable energy sources is among initial steps in our contributing to the achievement of objectives in the fields of energy efficiency and environmental protection. We hope that Promonte, as a leader in this field, will encourage other companies in Montenegro to join us in saving our environment”, said Ana Radulovic, CCAO.
Long-term environment commitment Within the scope of its strategic determinations in activities of corporate social responsibility, Promonte pays special care to the environmental protection, beside heath and education. Being an integral part of Telenor Group, Promonte has great ambitions in fields, which deal with the environmental protection and activities for reducing global warming.
The constant user need for innovative services leads to an increased use of telecommunication networks. Although at this moment telecommunication operators are not large polluters, our base stations, towers and network components require a substantial amount of energy to ensure our customers a smooth service. In order to reduce CO2 emission we aim to increase the energy efficiency of our network operations by switching to network components with improved design for easier maintenance exploring the potential for renewable energy sources. The newest activities, relating to recently signed contract with the telecommunication equipment leader, ZTE company, in building future proof network, are also aimed at green business because one of the key factors in making such decision was also the energy efficiency which will increase by implementing the equipment of our new partner.
Keep promises “As we promised early this spring, and keeping promises is one of our core values, we are here, in Platije canyon, in front of the first green repeater in Montenegro, that presents solar-wind hybrid system“ said Ana, “However, we experienced long process of obtaining the licenses. Having in mind that green business is becoming one of the priorities of Montenegro, such long processes can be considered a business barrier. Our recommendation is to include all subjects and to try to find together a model that would support the need of this sector for dynamics”
Cover you all A number of factors influenced Promonte choice of Platije canyon as place for the first green repeater. The first and the basic one in everything we do are our customers who need the best and continuous coverage. The chosen location is one of the rare points of the road in Morača canyon where the signal coverage can still be improved, so that the customers feel even more secure in this road line. Apart from that, we have recognized that in this micro-location there are good conditions regarding the renewable energy sources, in this case wind and sun.
„At the same time, electric energy is not available at this moment, and the construction of such infrastructure could influence the environment in a negative way which can not be excused, specially having in mind that the repeater has relatively low consumption (700kWh annually). “ said Jovan Ivanovic, Business support Manager and explain characteristics of this hybrid system: „2 wind generators “Suprwind” with additional equipment, solar system with 8 photovoltaic modules, Aku batteries, which accumulate the surplus of energy produced. Expected production of hybrid system is 700KWh for one year what is enough for continuous repeater work and quality signal in tunnels"

One more important thing is that the project and implementation work was conducted by local company, System d.o.o., that showed extraordinary dedication and commitment to the project but as well protection of the environment.
“I have to acknowledge that it has been a great pleasure to cooperate with the people who recognized the significance of application of alternative energy sources for power-supplying of these systems. Systems such as this one have been power-supplied until now by aggregates that use liquid fuel for operation and emit significant quantities of CO2 and other toxic components into the atmosphere, and Promonte Company made a decision to apply such a solution giving in that way its contribution to exploitation of an enormous potential of Montenegro in relation to renewable energy sources and preservation of environment“ said Ljubomir Bošković, Director of the company System d.o.o.
Apart from the representatives of the Promonte Company and a great number of media, Srđan Mihaljević – Deputy Minister for Maritime Affairs, Transportation and Telecommunications as well as representatives of the Agency for Environmental Protection of Montenegro Zoran Mitrović and Mladen Đuranović were also present at today’s opening of the repeater.
Class on Recycling in Promonte Promonte company has hosted students of the fourth grade from primary school “Milorad Musa Burzan“, in order to hold a common class on recycling.

In an imaginative and interesting way, the youngsters explained to the employees in Promonte the ways to protect environment and how different materials can influence its polluting.
The children had the chance to hear more about Promonte compaign “Old phone, new life“, mobile phones recycling and the projects that our company is going to support with the collected funds from the recycled phones.

The most touching moment, that provoqued tears of joy with some, was when the small fighters for environment, letter by letter, pronounced the name of our company: Profesionalni (Professional), Radni (Hard-working), Otmeni (Elegant), Moji (Mine), Odvažni (Courageous), Nasmijani (Smiling), Tačni (Punctual), Ekspresni (Express)!
After the class on recycling, the children were treated to specialties of the canteen „Primo piano“, and they were also given presents, as a thanks and in memory of this small-big day.
Promonte company have once more proven that they work on raising environmental awareness through various activities, this time with the youngest ones.

Promonte starts mobile phones recycling action
With the aim of contributing to protection of environment, Promonte has for the first time in Montenegro launched a big action of old mobile phones recycling. With this campaign Promonte will take an active part in solving the increasing problem of electronic waste and raising ecological awareness of Montenegrin public.

„Promonte campaign is a part of the campaign which is being implemented on the Telenor Group level under the title OLD PHONE, NEW LIFE. This is a pioneer work in Montenegro, because there were no initiatives for organized collecting and disposal of waste mobile phones. We hope that this campaign will achieve a significant success, for the benefit of all of us.” – stated Mike Michel, Promonte CMO.
All citizens of Montenegro can recycle mobile phones. To all Promonte existing and future postpaid customers who bring their old mobile phone during the recycling action, Promonte company gives a discount of 20 Euro for the purchase of a new phone or 300 minutes of free on net traffic in the following three months.
Along with that, as an award for the effort, Promonte will enable the customers to take part in the competition for the biggest mobile phone in Montenegro. The final winner of the competition will receive a new mobile phone Samsung E200 ECO as the prize.
The action lasts from 30th September to 31th October, and the phones will be collected in all Promonte shops, with the support from Promonte Xpress teams, which will collect old phones in other points of sale.
Promonte recycling campaign is implemented in cooperation with the company Greener Solution which is exporting the phones from the country after the action and giving then NEW LIFE.

Pljevlja Primary Health Care Center Presented With a Mammography In presence of the media, Pljevlja Primary Health Care Center was presented with a mammography worth 30,000 euros.
Since the beginning of its work, the Promonte Company has recognized the health care system as the area that requires investments, for the benefit of Montenegrin citizens.
Having in mind that breast cancer is the most frequent malign disease of women in Montenegro, as well as the most frequent malign cause of death of women, Promonte decided to donate a mammography. Pljevlja Primary Health Care Center was selected as a health care institution which, in the opinion of the Ministry of Health of Montenegro, needs a mammography the most.

This valuable donation, which was announced at early spring by the Chief Executive Officer, Mr Christopher Laska, was presented to the Director of Pljevlja Primary Health Care Center by Ms Ana Radulović, the Chief Corporate Affairs officer, who pointed out as follows: "Promonte is acknowledged as a responsible member of the Montenegrin society, focusing our social responsibility strategy on three areas: health care system, education and environmental protection. We will endeavor to contribute to development of Montenegrin society in the future as well, primarily by focusing on the activities integrated in our core business.“
The Primary Health Care Center Director, Ms Vera Bojović, said that a mammography was indispensable to that health care institution, it being the most efficient measure for early diagnosing of breast cancer. She announced that Pljevlja Primary Health Care Center, after education of the personnel, would commence inviting female co-citizens for this examination.
She also pointed out that this donation was especially significant for their institution because this device would be used by citizens of the Municipalities of Žabljak and Pljevlja respectively, who previously had had to ask for that kind of health service in the surrounding cities.
Earth hour
„Earth hour“is the name of the global campaign and one of the biggest global initiatives for climate change.
„Earth hour“ campaign started in Sidney, Australia, in 2007, with 2.2 million houses and companies that switched off their lights for one hour. Only a year later, this event turned into a global movement, with around 100 million participants in about 35 countries. The world sights, such as Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco, the Colosseum in Rome, and Coca-Cola billboard at the Times Square, were in the dark as a symbol of hope for something that is becoming an increasingly urgent problem from one hour to the next.
Promonte is the Company that has been seriously focused on this problem for quite a long time, with the aim to make impact on the awareness of its employees, citizens, and customers of its services to preserve nature, and thereby the future of all of us.
Promonte is going to support this campaign by switching off the spot lights that light up the sign, put up on the dome of its building.
We wish to invite you to take over the responsibility as well and, on March 28, at 20:30 hours, to support the fight against global warming, by switching off the lights for one hour together with the people all over the world – the Earth hour.
Donations for Health-care system
Press conference has been held today in the premises of the Institute for Childhood Illnesses on the occasion of donation of 30.000 EUR granted by the Promonte Company to the Clinical Center of Montenegro by the beginning of October 2008. Chief Executive Officer of Promonte Company Christopher Laska, chief physician Olivera Miljanović, Director of the Clinical Center of Montenegro and Docent Dr Vesna Miranović, director of the Institute for Childhood Illnesses addressed those present. Funds of this donation have been used to completely adapt and equip two modern apartments of the pediatric clinics in the Institute for Childhood Illnesses of the Clinical Center of Montenegro.

Chief Executive Officer of Promonte Company announced another donation in the field of health-care. Taking into account that breast cancer has been the most frequent malignant disease among women in Montenegro, as well as that it has been the most frequent cause of death for women who suffer from malignant disease, Promonte decided to donate 30.000 EUR for supply of a mamograph. In cooperation with the Ministry of Health, Labour and Social Care, it has been decided to donate the mamograph to the Primary Health-care Institution in Pljevlja.
Director Olivera Miljanović pointed out that Promonte Company has been deemed in the Clinical Center a very important strategic business partner. This cooperation represents for the Clinincal Center a valuable contribution as regards providing the standard of modern approach in treatment of the youngest patients: hospitals on child and its parent’s scale. Donation will enable better conditions and a more pleasant stay while being treated in this Institute.
Apart from donations, Promonte Company provides also mobile communication among 2000 of employees in the Clinical Center of Montenegro by provision of a business package.

Director of the Institute for Childhood Illnesses, Vesna Miranović said that all those who run a successful business and who share their piece of „cake“ with them, asking only for warm gratefulness in return, have been considered as its friends.
Promonte will continue to be a responsible citizen of the Montenegrin society.
Pilot project of digital inclusion
Promont has launched a pilot project of digital inclusion with five non-governmental organizations that deal with the problem areas of persons with disabilities.
The NGO Association of the Young Ones with Disabilities of Montenegro, NGO Association of Paraplegics of Montenegro, NGO Association of Parents for Support of and Assistance to Children with Special Needs “Sunčev zrak (Sun Ray)” from Herceg Novi, NGO Association of Parents of Children with Developmental Disorders “Zračak nade (Glimmer of Hope)” from Pljevlja, and the Union of Associations of Parents of Children and Youth with Developmental Disorders “Naša inicijativa (Our Initiative)” have got, as presents, a laptop, Anywhere modem for mobile Internet, three months of free-of-charge access to Internet and, thereafter three months of access to Internet with a 50% discount from Promonte Company.

With this support Promonte wishes to empower the young ones with disabilities to take active participation in the society, particularly in the area of education, through providing them a possibility to communicate without any barriers, by using the service of Internet Anywhere.
The objective of this project is to enable the persons with disabilities to use mobile Internet anywhere, with the laptop and modem, which will make easier for them to be at the very source of information at all times and thus be included in the life of the social community to the maximum.

This activity has been planned as a long-term project. The employees of Promonte will also be involved in the project and they will, through their voluntary work, be at the disposal for advice and assistance to the persons with disabilities who will be using the service and will, with their personal examples and efforts, contribute to the development of the overall concept of social responsibility. Should the pilot project prove to be successful and useful for the persons with disabilities, Promonte will later also extend the project to other non-governmental organizations that are actively engaged in this problem area.
The success of a company is not measured just by good performance and outstanding position in the market, but also by its responsibility to the community in which it does business and to its people. The evidence of this statement is the fact that the Telenor Group, the owner of Promonte Company, is the first on the list of the Dow Jones Sustainability Index. This index ranks international companies on the basis of the assessment of their overall financial, social, and environmental impact.
The Telenor Group Ranked Number One Telenor has been ranked number one on sustainability in mobile telecommunications on the Dow Jones Sustainability Indexes (DJSI) for the second year in a row. The DJSI ranked Telenor as the industry leader among 17 mobile telecommunications companies on the combined performance on a range of economic, social and environmental criteria.
This is the seventh year that Telenor has been ranked highly on the DJSI. The Indexes rank how well companies conduct their business based on 98 in-depth questions on economic, social and environmental aspects of Sustainability. This is the world's most comprehensive annual analysis of sustainability trends and corporate sustainability performance. The research is based on extensive internal and external documentation.
Long term investment in sustainability Telenor’s achievement is the result of a sustained focus on improving the company’s corporate responsibility performance across the Group. “We are pleased that the DJSI recognise our long term investment in improving the sustainability of all our operations,” said Hilde Tonne, Executive Vice President, Communications and Corporate Responsibility.
Improvement needed on supply chain performance The DJSI report recognised that Telenor still has some way to go in order to ensure sustainability across the supply chain, with a ranking of 51 per cent (compared to the industry average of 49 per cent). Telenor submitted information on the unacceptable working conditions revealed in Bangladesh as well as the comprehensive ongoing measures taken.
Compares favourably to competitors The analysis covered a wide-range of non-financial aspects of Telenor’s business. Digital Inclusion and Climate Strategy were two areas where Telenor received a top score. “The combined score reflects that while there are areas where we need to improve, the overall sustainability performance of Telenor compares favourably to that of our competitors.” said Mai Oldgard, Vice President, Corporate Responsibility, Telenor Group.
Employees Setting an Example
If any campaign arouses the most noble and most humane in us, then it is certainly the campaign of collecting aid for the inmates of the Orphanage in Bijela. And so it was this time as well; however, everything took on even a wider dimension because our employees made a huge contribution to it by brining shoes, clothes, and toys. Maybe the title in a daily paper „Employees Setting an Example” is the best proof of that. Let’s be proud of it! Traditionally, on the eve of the New Year and Christmas holidays, Promonte organizes distribution of packages for those children, as a consideration and care for the persons deprived of parental care. Moreover, the actors of the Town Theater from Podgorica played for the children a puppet-show „Magic Stone”, the general sponsor of which is our Company. There were also the Santa Claus, a magician as well as young singers. At least for a moment, we felt the genuine children’s happiness, we saw smiles on their faces... Have a look at what it looked like in a photo story.

„STOP AIDS. Let Us Fulfill the Commitments Made. Take over the Initiative.”
World AIDS Day, the 1st of December, this year, in all the countries – members of the United Nations, is marked through the campaign under the title „STOP AIDS. Let Us Fulfill the Commitments Made. Take over the Initiative!“. This time, the global campaign is particularly targeted at the leaders in societies and at their role in the fight against this disease, which worldwide took almost 3 million lives in the course of 2005 and, in the same year, over 4 million persons were infected with HIV. AIDS is the problem, which calls for a major engagement on all levels of a society. It is indispensible that every member of the society gives his/her contribution to the response to HIV, so that the number of persons who carry this virus in Montenegro remains on a low level. The leaders, the elected senior officials in the society, in this case, should demonstrate responsibility and take over the decisive role.
This year as well, Promonte Company is the general sponsor of the activity of the non-governmental organization CAZAS, which marks the 1st of December within the National Campaign, which is launched in the entire territory of Montenegro. The prime mover of the Campaign on the national level is the Republic AIDS Commission, while CAZAS is one of the partners participating in its carrying on. This year, the campaign will last in the period between the 17th of November and the 10th of December and will be based on two main segments: fight against the stigma and discrimination, and the work with vulnerable groups.
In addition to the humanitarian concert, which was held in the coffee shop Nice Vice in Podgorica on the 30th of November, at which Boris Novkovic performed, within the plan of the campaign, CAZAS will realize numerous activities across Montenegro: ,,Travelling Van’’, the production and distribution of the informative, educational, and promotional materials, lectures, and forums at the faculties of the University of Montenegro, media, and sports activities.

AmCham strives to advance American commercial interests, as well as interests of international, local and other forward looking companies that stand for responsible corporate citizenship and share our values.

In addition to promoting Montenegro and advantages of its emerging market to potential foreign investors, AmCham Montenegro will seek to cooperate with the Montenegrin government in improving the business environment for investment. AmCham Montenegro supports the acceleration of Montenegro's integration path with the European Union and entry into the World Trade Organization. AmCham Montenegro will promote good “corporate citizenship" and business practices. Serving as an information point, AmCham Montenegro will develop a series of business-oriented activities to facilitate interaction between American, international and local companies.
“I believe AmCham will be a powerful body to influence the authorities and others in Montenegro to develop the business environment in a positive direction. AmCham’s values and business conduct principles are very in line with those of Telenor and Promonte. As a stock listed company – Telenor also has a large number of US investors”, says our CEO Kare Gustad who is a member of the Board of Governors of AmCham.

Donations for children hospital and Home for elderly people
Company Promonte has organized press conference and cocktail in its premises. The occasion is donation we are going to give to the Hospital Center of Montenegro and to the Home for elderly people in Risan.
“An important part of our strategy is to be a company that cares about Montenegro and its citizens in a wider sense. In line with the strategy of our mother company Telenor – we want to build a good and trustful relationship to all important stakeholders in society such as authorities, suppliers, business partners, media, customers and employees. Therefore we have five areas where we are giving support to, namely health, education, environment, sports and culture. We believe it is important to set a good example in the region and be a good role model for other companies and for people in general”, said Kare Gustad, Chief Executive Officer of Promonte.

Health care is an area with extra high priority. In the past years we have given donations to hospitals in Pljevlja, Berane, Brezovik and to the Institution Komanski Most in Podgorica. This time we have decided to focus on helping children and elderly people.
We are going to donate 30.000 EUR to the Hospital center in Podgorica. This will be used for reconstruction of an apartment at the clinics for children to make life better and more pleasant for children that are ill during a longer period of time.
Furthermore, we have decided to donate 20.000 EUR to the home for elderly people in Risan. With this donation we will support both the old building and the new building that is going to be open in beginning of next month. The donation will be used for heating systems in both buildings.
Promonte will continue to support the Montenegrin society also in the future.
European heritage days European Heritage Days is the event that celebrates values of a common European heritage and presents projects that deal with valorization and promotion of the cultural and natural European heritage. This year, for the first time, Montenegro takes part in this program independently, and manifestation under title “Fortresses on the Skadar Lake – heritage you did not know of”, shall be organized in the Skadar Lake basin by the Montenegrin Ministry of culture, sports and media in cooperation with the Pilot project of development of local communities on the Skadar Lake.
„Also, it is our wish to raise public interest in conservation and revitalization of cultural and natural heritage through this and similar projects. That is exactly a reason why this year we promote private-public partnership as a model for the future project of conservation and revitalization in cooperation with a mobile operator, Promonte”, the Minister of culture, sports and media Prof. Branislav Mićunović emphasized in a brochure that accompanies this year event, and in reference to the support Promonte company has given to celebration of the European Heritage Days in Montenegro.
Opening of the event is planned on October 3rd at the Besac fortress, and on October 4th a round table on the topic of “Cultural heritage of the Skadar Lake – possibilities and challenges” will be held, followed by the free cruise and the performance “Monster from the Skadar Lake”. From 13 until 19 o’clock in Rijeka Crnojevića, students from the Faculties of art, music, drama and visual arts from Cetinje and Podgorica will give their contribution to conservation of the Skadar Lake cultural heritage. Two hour long rock group concert that starts in Rijeka Crnojevića at 19 o’clock will be a gift for students and all visitors.
Considering that the event is going to be held outdoors, in a case of bad weather it will be rescheduled for the next weekend.

CLIMATE CHANGES EVERYONE’S BUSINESS Promonte employees volunteered in planting a park in the Montenegrin capital.
When we speak about “Climate Changes”, its targets and activities, we often make a conclusion that we need huge investments to reach the awareness and fulfill some of the goals. But this is not always the case. In order to prove it, Promonte started with a 5000 euro donation to the Municipality of Podgorica for planting the park around the new children’s playground. The action was first planned for June 5th, The World Environment Protection Day, but due to bad weather conditions it was delayed for June 12th.
09.30h – Gathering in the front of Promonte building On foot to the children playground
Aiming to raise the awareness of Promonte employees about climate changes and global warming as well as giving a good example to the wider public in Montenegro, we invited Promonte employees to plant the trees themselves. They demonstrated a high level of social responsibility by working hard voluntarily and planting many trees.
Building the awareness is the task that Promonte started to execute among media representatives as well. Some weeks ago, a seminar for Montenegrin journalist was organized to try “selling” the idea on climate changes. This is probably why the majority of printed and electronic media in Montenegro made a thorough report about our activity performed on Thursday. Some of the journalists did a step forward and joined Promonte employees in planting. This could be a positive example on how to raise the awareness about this issue with very limited amounts invested.
 1,2,3 team build action
“With today’s action Promonte shows a symbolic way that it is very important that all of us care about protecting the environment. In the whole Telenor group, and consequently in Promonte, the project “Climate Changes” has been launched as we want to show that climate changes and global warming are everyone’s business. All of us could, by individual contribution, prove that we do care.” said Kare Gustad, CEO of Promonte, to the Montenegrin media.
“I am very happy and proud that one third of Promonte employees has supported this initiative and showed that they are responsible citizens and aware of the climate change problem. But most of all, I’m very pleased to see that our employees are willing to take an action that will contribute to the success of our program.”, said Dijana Dendic, owner of the Climate Change Program in Promonte.
CxO’s as a good example Managers in the front lines
“This is a good example to everybody in Montenegro how they can also contribute to environmental protection,” said Srdjan Mugosa, Director of Municipality Company “City greenery”.
