Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Kaaren Hilsen
Kaaren Hilsen works as Telenor CEO since 18 January 2011, while she has been on the position of CFO in Telenor from 15 July 2009. She started her career in the Telenor Group in 2000, where she worked as a Business Analyst based in Norway. In 2004, she was appointed Business Manager for Telenor Asia's regional office in Singapore. From April 2006 to June 2009, Kaaren worked in dtac in Thailand as head of Investor Relations, leading the IPO process, and then Head of International Business. Education: BA hons in Modern European Studies at Nottingham Trent University in the UK.
| Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Per Christian Morland Per Christian Morland comes from DiGi, Telenor’s operations in Malaysia, where he has served as a Head of Business Performance & Reporting and Assisting CFO. Before taking on this role, he was responsible for developing and implementing a new and improved management model in DiGi. Prior to joining DiGi, he was located in Thailand and served as CFO for Telenor Asia.
From April 2011 he is appointed Chief Financial Officer.
Education: BS in Management Control and Finance from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business administration, MS in Economics and Business Administration.

| Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Atiq Ahmad
Atiq Ahmad comes from Telenor Pakistan where he has held the position of Deputy CTO for the last two years. He has diverse and broad experience in both operator and vendor organizations. During his time at Telenor Pakistan, he took key roles in various strategic projects and strengthened customer focus and synergized service delivery in the Technology Division.
From April 2011, he is appointed to be Chief Technology Officer.

Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), Zoltan Nemeth
Zoltan Nemeth comes from Telenor Hungary where he lately held the position of HR Director. He played a vital role in shaping the company's HR strategy and employer profile in a transformational period. Zoltan has been working for Telenor for 9 years in various hr positions. Previously he gained broad experience in international companies like Philips and Unilever in different industries mainly working on organization development projects.
From September 2011 he is appointed Chief Human Resources Officer.
Education: Master degree and post graduate faculty on Human resources management from Corvinus University, Budapest.

| Chief Corporate Affairs Officer (CCAO), Ana Radulović
Prior to joiningTelenor, Ana worked in Development Fund of Montenegro. She started in Telenor in 2002 as a Finance controller. She later worked as a Internal control manager, Business analysis manager, and Finance director. She was appointed CCAO from July 2009.

Chief Marketing Officer, Mike Michel
Mike Michel has been appointed for Telenor CMO on April 2009. Mike joined Telenor Serbia in 2006 as the Director of Sales and Distribution. From 2000-2006 he held various leadership positions at Vodafone (previously Oskar) in Czech Republic such as Director of Sales, and Director of Customer Care and Support.
Education: BA-Economics at Simon Fraser University, Canada.
