1. How can I limit monthly spending? You may limit your monthly spending at personal request, to the amount which also includes subscription. In such a case, the amount of the limit is calculated according to the formula: Limit=subscription+realized traffic VAT is added to the limited amount.
2. How to split payment of bills? With the authorization from the company, the user may split payment of bills (Split Billing service), into the portion paid by the company and the portion paid by the user, which is mailed to his/her address. In such a case, the bill that the user gets contains the spending in excess of the amount for which the company undertook the responsibility for payments.
3. Which tariff package I am using? By sending a free-of-charge message in TP info format to number 14694 you may check which tariff package is activated.
4. Itemized bill? For all postpaid users an itemized bill is free of charge. It may be ordered in our outlets and maximum for the last three months.
5. How can I transfer money from one number to another one? All active postpaid and prepaid users may add money to the accounts of prepaid users by typing the amount to add up following the instructions through short-codes MENU (*123#)- ADSDING TO THE ACCOUNT service and the option Transfer.
On the occasion of such transfer it is necessary to type in the number to the account of which you want to add money as well as the amount you are adding.
The short code for money transfer is *106*069xxxxxx*y# where xxxxxx is the number of the telephone to which the added money is sent, and y the amount (1, 2, 3...) in Euros.
The amount of adding up both for prepaid and for postpaid users may be minimum 1EUR, or maximum 20 EUR. Thereby, the user may make several smaller amounts of added money, or one adding of 20EUR, but the total amount may not exceed 20EUR on a monthly level.
When making transfers, i.e. adding money to the accounts of prepaid users, the postpaid user will be debited in his/her account for the amount he/she added (the amount is reduced by the tax that is calculated at the end of a month on the total amount of the bill. Example: if the added amount is 5EUR, current balance will be increased by the amount of 4.2735 Euros while VAT is paid for the total amount of the bill at the end of the month).
In the monthly bill, the amount of money added to an account in the course of the accounting period will be separated within the item „Added money to prepaid accounts“, while in the itemized bill it will be possible to see the date, time, number to which money was added as well as the amount added.
The user, whose number is a part of a business package, may not make transfers of money without a written approval from the company.
6. How can I activate roaming? Postpaid users may activate the roaming service at their personal request in any of our outlets.
New postpaid users acquire the right to activate this service after payment of an advance payment, which amounts to 100€, whereby his/her next bill is reduced by that amount. The subscriber does not have the obligation to pay the bills until he/she spends the advance amount, i.e. he/she pays the balance between the full amount of the bill reduced by 100€, of the first next bill exceeds the advance amount.
Current postpaid users (who have six or more paid bills) acquire the right to activate these services without paying the advance payment.
In the latter case, the user may activate the roaming service even without going to an outlet, i.e. by calling the Customer Service. When you call 1188 and listen to the instructions of the voice machine 5 – 1, if the machine tells you that the service is not active, you will be suggested to press key 1 for its activation.
7. Calls are charged as per roaming prices, but customer is located in the territory of Montenegro? We recommend customers who live or stay in a border area with neighbouring countries to activate the option of MANUAL network dialing since it happens that phone unit takes over a neighbouring network signal if the automatic network dialing is activated. Thus realized traffic will be charged as per current prices of a roaming partner whose network has been used.
INTERNET ANYWHERE
8. How will I register my Internet Anywhere Card at My Services Portal? When you access the portal My services, select the LOGIN option. You need to enter any the data in the boxes User Name and Password. After entering them, you proceed to the option Registration. After initiating the registration procedure, it is necessary to follow all the steps to the end. NOTE: One of the steps calls for sending of an SMS message. It should be sent from Internet Anywhere card, from SMS option of the modem.
9. How can I check account balance of the Internet Anywhere card? You may check the balance in the account by registering on the portal My services and selecting the option Balance in the Account, by calling the Customer Service on the number 1188 or by sending an SMS message in the format R to the number 14690.
10. What quantity of data do certain files contain? Data quantity mostly depends on page contents you visit. For example, textual files (Word, Excel, Notepad, email sending) contain on the average several hundreds of kilobytes/KB. Power point and PDF documents, music files (mp3, wav), (phone, camera) photos, short video files (e.g. from YouTube Site) are measured in megabytes/MB. Video formats (long AVI, MPEG video files), groups of photos, music, program installations, etc. are measured in gigabytes/GB.
11. Can Internet Anywhere cards be used in roaming? Which are the terms and conditions, prices, and methods of use? Postpaid cards have the option of its use. It is necessary to activate the roaming service at the request of the user. You may see the list of operators with whom we have cooperation, i.e. contracts on GPRS roaming, as well as the prices here. Please be careful when using the Internet in roaming: Before your trip, you are advised to check the prices of the Internet traffic in roaming for the country to which you travel, because these prices considerably vary from the national traffic. You can check the prices here. Also, please check if your automatic software update is activated, since even small quantity of the Internet traffic in roaming might be costly
Note: Data that are included in the monthly subscription may not be used in roaming.
12. After connecting, money is charged although the Internet has not been used? Some computer applications (such as anti-virus programs, service pack, etc.) automatically generate traffic after establishing of Internet connection in the update process. If you do not want such updates, please switch off automatic update in options of such applications.
Note: Some applications or viruses may start establishing of connection and therefore, we recommend you to remove modem out of your computer if you do not need the Internet connection.

14. Do Internet Anywhere card have the call, sms, mms...? The postpaid Anywhere only have the incoming and outgoing SMS service in addition to the data transfer service.
15. Which operative systems support use of the Anywhere modems?

Note for Linux: There is a difference as to which version of the kernel is used by the operative system; with a version newer than 2.6.20 it is necessary to connect the modem to a USB port and the system will perform identification and installation by itself. After that it is necessary to create a connection manually and enter the parameters for Telenor. If a customer is using a version older than 2.6.20, it is necessary to install an adequate driver.
