Telenor MNE’s customers can talk in Serbia, within Telenor Serbia network at the same price as they pay when they make calls in Montenegro.
 
Telenor Montenegro Company introduced a new tariff for its customers while they are roaming in Telenor Serbia’s network. All outgoing calls made in Serbia are now charged at the same price as calls made in Telenor Montenegro’s network. Customers can talk freely without thinking about high roaming costs, as prices are identical to their home tariffs.

For Telenor MNE’s customers using Telenor Serbia’s network in Serbia, the call price applied is in accordance with the package that is normally used by the customer. Furthermore, incoming calls are charged at only 5 cent per call.

This offer is permanent and valid for all packages except Anywhere prepaid, Djuice and Tourist. This offer is not valid for: sms, Internet and free minutes included in monthly fee, tariff additions, as well as for free calls withing closed users group. 

Roaming is service which provides you use of your Telenor SIM Card in other operators network, with which Telenor has signed agreements about commercial roaming.

NOTE:
We would recommend to our customers, which live or stay in the border area with neighboring countries to set their handsets on manual network selection, because there are situations that in case when the handset is set on automatic network selection, it can select a signal of neighboring networks. The traffic generated on that way will be charged by actual prices of the roaming partner whose network has been used.
