Now you can upload photos and videos, read, write and send messages, edit your profile and change your status using the WAP and MMS service of Telenor and Facebook® Mobile. You can do all of this even in motion, without any need for a computer.

This service is for both prepaid and postpaid subscribers who have MMS service and Facebook® profiles.

SMS Facebook®

This service will allow you to manage your Facebook profile by SMS messages over mobile phone. You will be able to update and change your Facebook status, send messages to your friends, search Facebook by sending SMS, add friends, receive notifications... and more.
Price for SMS is standard price of SMS message according to tariff package.

Activation of SMS Facebook service

You can activate "SMS Facebook" servis over Wap and Web page:

Activation over Wap:

  1. Enter m.facebook.com address in your phone browser, enter your log in data and click on "Log In"
  2. When you are logged in, click on "Settings" link, and than on "Account"
  3. Choose "Montenegro +382" and in field under enter your phone number in format 69 *** ***. After that click on "Save"
  4. You will receive SMS message with confirmation code, enter this code and click on "Save"
  5. One Facebook profile can be associated with more than one Telenor number

Activation over Web:

  1. Logg on your Facebook account
  2. Click on "Settings", than on "Account Settings"
  3. Click on "Mobile", than open link "Register for Facebook mobile texts"
  4. Choose Montenegro country and Telenor carrier and click on "Next"
  5. Using your mobile phone, send a text message with letter "F" to 14777, and than click "Next"
  6. In a few seconds you chould receive a text message that contains your activation code. Enter code and click "Confirm"
  7. Customize "SMS Facebook" as you want and click "Save preferences"

MMS 2 Facebook®

Show Everyone the Good Times You’re Having

This service enables you to upload new content, such as photos, directly through your handset to your Facebook® profile. Now, you can easily share your moments with friends as they happen. Show everybody good time you’re having!

In order to use this feature, Telenor subscribers with existing Facebook® account need to activate MMS to Facebook® service. After this is done successfully, your mobile number will be associated with your Facebook® account, and you won’t have to identify when you upload content to your Facebook® profile via your handset.

To upload content, you have to send MMS with photo to email mobile@facebook.com. This email is the same for all users, since Facebook® automatically uploads the content you provide via MMS directly to Facebook® profiles that are associated with the respective mobile numbers they’re coming from.


MMS to Facebook® activation 
 


In order to activate the service, you need to do the following::

  • Send MMS with photo to email address mobile@facebook.com. In response you will receive SMS from Facebook® with your unique confirmation code for the service. Example:

- From: Facebook
- Message body: Your photo upload was successful! Use this code to confirm your mobile on facebook.com/mobile: zfxdwv

  • After you receive the confirmation code, you have to log in to www.facebook.com/mobile with your Facebook® credentials where you will find Mobile Upload section with Confirmation Code field (under „Enter a confirmation code”), where you need to fill in the code you had received in the SMS
  • Press the Confirm button
  • If the confirmation code is entered correctly, you’ll see the notification message within Facebook® web info that photo is being published and that your phone number is being associated with your Facebook® profile
  • All photos that you send from this moment to mobile@facebook.com will be uploaded directly to Mobile Uploads folder in your Facebook® profile
  • Procedure is repeated every 30 days due to security policy of Facebook®

You are welcome to upload your own videos, the same way you do with photos. Please, keep in mind that the Maximum size of each MMS is limited to 300KB.

Mobile access through WAP

Telenor enables you to access Facebook® Mobile portal on following address http://m.facebook.com. In order to access it your handset must support WAP 1.2 or newer or have a mobile Internet browser. Generated data and traffic will be charged according to standard prices in your tariff plan.

Access to this social utility site is enabled by:

  • Entering unique URL address on your handset Internet browser: http://m.facebook.com  
  • Visiting djuice or Telenor WAP (wap.bilogdje.com) portal and choosing category „KOMUNIKATOR“ where you will find the Facebook® link

About using Facebook® Mobile portal

Users are enabled to be logged in at the same time on Facebook® mobile and standard websites. When logging to the mobile site users have to fill in the same email and password they’re using when logging in to the standard site. Only one handset can be logged in to the same Facebook® account at the same time. If the second handset logs in, the currently connected device will be disconnected from the system.

Charging

Price of MMS sent from Telenor network to email mobile@facebook.com is standard price of MMS according rate plan.

The generated data traffic while using the service will be charged according to your tariff plan.
