Online electronic recharge of prepaid account

Prepaid users from now on have the possibility of electronic recharging of their accounts.

The procedure for electronic recharge of prepaid account is very simple. It is sufficient that the customers, who wish to recharge their account with a certain amount, visit one of 2000 points of sale and ask for electronic recharge of the prepaid account. The new element is that customers can choose any amount of the recharge, in the range from 1 to 50 Euro, e.g. 15.6 or 33.3, or similar. After a few moments you receive a reply SMS that your account was increased by X Euro.




Standard recharge of prepaid account
You can recharge your account by purchasing vouchers - value cards for recharge in amount of: 5€, 10€, 25€. Chose the one that suits you best!
Value cards for recharge of the account – vouchers, can be bought in Telenor shops as well as in all shops of Telenor distributive-selling network across Montenegro.

Recharge of the prepaid account is performed by a call to free numbers 14147 or 14148 or by Service of short codes 

Way of recharge of the account is also described on the back of recharge card. After recharge procedure is completed, you shall be informed of new situation on your prepaid account.
Value cards for recharge in the prepaid system, no matter denominated value, bring a new period of activity of your prepaid number depending on your tariff package.

It is important that you carefully scratch folio from the value card - voucher, in order not to erase the number beneath the protective folio. In case that number is anyhow damaged and unreadable, turn for help to our Customer Service by calling a free number 1188 or look for the closest Telenor office, or authorized distributor.

Offline electronic recharge of prepaid account

Recharging can be done in POS terminals and bank machines of NLB Montenegrobanka and Montenegrin Commercial Bank (CKB),  currently at 500 locations.

Recharges are in denominations of 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6 euro.

Prepaid users also have the possibility of electronic recharge of their Internet Anywhere cards:

Something new - WEB SHOP

NLB Montenegrobank has created new web site www.nlbshop.me through which you can buy Telenor vouchers i.e. recharge your prepaid account.

The procedure for purchasing vouchers is simple, and the complete system is protected with protocol, which makes the procedure of purchase very safe and to end.

After the registration, choose "Telenor recharge" from the menu, and after that the amount you want to recharge your account with. After you enter and confirm data on the payment card, the voucher with the instruction for recharge will appear on the site. After the performed recharge, you will receive the bill at email address, which you entered in the procedure of registering.
