You can recharge your account by purchasing vouchers - value cards for recharge in amount of: 5€, 10€, 25€. Chose the one that suits you best! Value cards for recharge of the account – vouchers, can be bought in Promonte shops in Podgorica -Sloboda Street 61, Moskovska 20 or Cetinjski put - Delta City center, in Nikšić - Trg Slobode bb, in Berane - Mojsija Zečevića bb, as well as in all shops of Promonte distributive-selling network across Montenegro.
Recharge of the prepaid account
Recharge of the prepaid account is performed by a call to free numbers 14147 or 14148 or by Service of short codes
Way of recharge of the account is also described on the back of recharge card. After recharge procedure is completed, you shall be informed of new situation on your prepaid account. Value cards for recharge in the prepaid system, no matter denominated value, bring a new period of activity of your prepaid number depending on your tariff package:
- Priča Plus - 330 + 30 days
- Aktiv Plus - 90 + 90 days
It is important that you carefully scratch folio from the value card - voucher, in order not to erase the number beneath the protective folio. In case that number is anyhow damaged and unreadable, turn for help to our Customer Service by calling a free number 1188 or look for the closest Promonte office, or authorized distributor.
Electronic recharge of the prepaid account
Prepaid users from now on have the possibility of electronic recharging of their accounts.
Recharging can be done in POS terminals and bank machines of NLB Montenegrobanka and Montenegrin Commercial Bank (CKB), currently at 522 locations.
Recharges are in denominations of 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6 euro.
Prepaid users also have the possibility of electronic recharge of their Internet Anywhere cards:

- 3e – 30 MB
