If you buy our prepaid package in any of our shops in the Montenegro, and you make first call, in order to activate your prepaid account, you become Telenor prepaid customer.

Pursuant to Article 120 of the Law on Electronic Communications and Rulebook on the registration of users of services of public communications networks the user shall, when purchasing a prepaid package, just fill in the registration form correctly and submit the appropriate identification document to the authorized person in the place of sale. It is not allowed to buy a prepaid package at any place of sale at the territory of Montenegro, without a user’s registration. Read more about registration of prepaid customers.
