Prepaid users through My Menu can choose roaming add-ons and get significant discounts on calls and SMS in roaming. Using My Menu, prepaid users can at any moment check balance, unspent minutes and SMS, as well their consumption.

User should call My Menu at *123# and through Extra offers activate one of roaming add-ons. In accordance with their needs and habits, users can choose one of the prepaid roaming add-ons for 5, 7 or 10 EUR. Inbound calls from any country in the world start from 0.46EUR, outgoing calls for 0.94EUR anywhere in the world and SMS starting with 0.17EUR.

Chosen roaming add can be used in all countries in the world, except Serbia. To remind, in Serbia in Telenor network there is no roaming charges but domestics prices are being used.
