Family&Friends (F&F) is service which allows you possibility to chose 069 phone numbers for discounted calling.

F&F discounts for Prepaid users:

• If you are using Green, Talk ot Send tariff package, you can chose 2 Telenor numbers for discount of 25% for calls toward them.
• If you are using Oli, Aktiv or Priča Plus tariff package, you can chose 3 Telenor numbers for discount of 50% for calls toward them.

F&F service activation is very simple:

Just, send the text:

FF number1 number2 number3

as SMS message to service number 14690.

Example: FF 069123456 069234567 069345678

Shortly after you will receive SMS message with request for activation confirmation. To confirm, send text: FF DA, as SMS to the same service number. In the moment of activation you will receive SMS notification. You can change chosen numbers once in 30 days.
