Family package
In the time when our hasty tempo of activities and numerous duties often dictate everyday rhythm of life, free calls to family members mean very much.
That is why Telenor decided to meet demands of every one of its users and provide their free connecting through the popular, Family tariff package, which is available to prepaid users also.
New Telenor tariff package enables completely free calls between members of your family, no matter whether they are prepaid or postpaid users.

Take advantage of this new opportunity and provide all advantages of communication on the most favorable conditions for yourself and your dearest:
- 0 Euros for calls between family members
(Holder of a tariff package + 5 members at most)
- 0 Euros for transition to Telenor Family postpaid package
- 3.99 Euros monthly subscription for the subscription holder, while all other members have a discount of 50% - monthly subscription of just 1.99 Euros. Subscriptions for prepaid members undergo to the package holder that is a postpaid user.

NOTES:
- Determined limits can be changed ONLY once a month in the beginning of the month, until 5th of the month at the latest. Minimal limit is 10 Euros, without VAT and subscription.
- When the limit is reached and the ban of outgoing calls in the system is done, user can not make outgoing calls. This refers to calls to family members as well.
- LIMIT can be overstepped through spending realized in roaming (irregular update – delay of the report from roaming, it does not provide an insight into real spending in every moment). In a situation like that, Telenor restricts its responsibility for overstepping the limited spending. When it oversteps the LIMIT user gets a message. After user has received a message he bears responsibility for all calls that were made.
- Users shall be notified by an SMS message when their FAMILY PACKAGE is active and starting from that moment they can use presented benefits.
- In case that a postpaid user is being suspended because of the unpaid bill (ban of outgoing calls), he will not be able to make calls within the group too.
- Active period of a prepaid number in the family package is 90 days. In case that user does not recharge within that period it goes into the suspended state that lasts for 270 days (ban of outgoing calls). In case that the prepaid user passes into suspended state, it cannot make calls within the group until it performs the recharge of its account. By recharging, user again extends an active state for 90 days.
- In case that the holder of a group that has prepaid numbers in its group is suspended, group shall be deleted and all members of the group go back to previous tariff package.
- All users shall be notified of any change in the group by an sms message (when the group is created in the beginning, when the new member is added, when the group member is deleted, when the group is deleted)
- Holder of the group is entitled to ask for a deletion of the group at his request. Other members of the group go back to the previous tariff package. When deletion of a group takes place, users – group members go back to the previous tariff package.
- When deleting a group member, that member goes back to the previous tariff package (or some other at his request). Starting from the moment of deletion of a certain group member, all other members are being charged for calls toward it. Charging is done in the same way as for any other number outside the group and according to the Family package price list.
- Member that was deleted from the group is charged for calls to ex group members according to the official price list of a tariff package that user belongs to.
- Free calls within the family package are not available in roaming.
- For prepaid users, free minutes within the group do not refer to video calls
